RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Thank you for your purchase! However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request for a merchandise return or exchange.

- Item/s with defect or damage may be returned or exchanged within 7 days from date of purchase. Returned items will be subject to inspection and evaluation.

- Item/s subject for return/exchange
- Reason/s of return/exchange
- Photo/s of item/s subject for return/exchange
- Item/s subject for return/exchange must be accompanied by the official receipt that is completely readable. Tampered receipts are not eligible for return/exchange.
- Please give us time to process your request for item/s will undergo inspection and evaluation. We will notify you by email regarding updates of your request.
- Only selected promo and discounted items are eligible for return/exchange.
- As stipulated in the Consumer Act of the Philippines, the following are not entitled to an exchange:
